Sebimon Boutique does not store complete payment card information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sebimon Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • Government actions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

8. Returns, Store Credit, and Refunds

All returns are subject to our Sebimon Boutique Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

  • Once a return is approved, the customer must ship the item back within 4 days.

  • Approved returns are issued store credit only.

  • Certain merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item was sent.

9. Orders Canceled by Sebimon Boutique

If Sebimon Boutique cancels an order after payment has been successfully processed, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount actually paid for the canceled order to the original payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are generally processed promptly after the cancellation is confirmed. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

If only part of an order is canceled, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled item(s) and any applicable amounts associated with those canceled item(s).

A cancellation initiated by Sebimon Boutique is different from a customer-requested cancellation. Once an order has been placed, customers may not cancel or modify the order, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.

10. No Cancellations or Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer.

Please carefully review your items, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information before completing checkout.

If Sebimon Boutique independently cancels an order for a reason permitted under these Terms, any payment collected for the canceled order will be refunded as described in Section 5.
