Please wait for return approval before shipping anything back.

Items shipped back without prior approval may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

🕒 7-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been approved, you have 4 days from the date of approval to ship the item(s) back.

Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window will be denied, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

💳 Store Credit Only — No Refunds for Customer Returns

Sebimon Boutique does not offer refunds to the original payment method for customer-initiated returns.

Approved eligible returns will receive online store credit only.

Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Orders Canceled by Sebimon Boutique

The store-credit-only policy applies to customer-initiated returns.

If Sebimon Boutique cancels an order after payment has been successfully processed, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled order to the original payment method.

If only part of an order is canceled, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled item(s) and any applicable amounts associated with those item(s).

Once Sebimon Boutique processes the refund, the time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item:

  • Arrived damaged; or

  • Was incorrectly sent by Sebimon Boutique.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Sebimon Boutique is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit back to us.

✅ Return Requirements

To be eligible for store credit, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in their original packaging, where applicable

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, stains, smoke odors, perfume, other odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear or use

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Sebimon Boutique reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing store credit.

🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Swimwear

  • White clothing

  • Undergarments

  • Bodysuits

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Hair clips and similar hair accessories

  • Sale items

  • Items purchased using promotional discount codes

  • Gift cards

  • Items specifically marked “Final Sale”

  • Items purchased through TikTok Live auctions

Please carefully review the product description and final-sale designation before completing your purchase.

❌ No Cancellations or Order Changes

Once an order is placed, customers cannot cancel or modify the order.

Please carefully review the following before completing checkout:

  • Colors

  • Quantities

  • Shipping address

If Sebimon Boutique independently cancels an order after payment has been processed, the payment for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method as described in this policy.

🔄 Exchanges

Sebimon Boutique does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style and the item is eligible for return:

  1. Request a return within the 7-day return window.

  2. Wait for return approval.

  3. Ship the approved return within 4 days of approval.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, eligible returns will receive store credit.

  5. Use your store credit to place a new order for the desired item.

New orders are subject to product availability and current pricing.

🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographs showing the item and the damage or incorrect item

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damage caused after delivery by wear, improper handling, washing, alterations, pets, accidents, or other customer use does not qualify as a damage claim.

📸 Color, Pattern & Sizing

Slight differences in color, pattern, texture, or appearance caused by photography, lighting, manufacturing variations, or individual device and screen settings are not considered defects.

Fit and sizing preferences are not considered product defects.

However, eligible items may still qualify for return under our standard 7-day return policy as long as all return requirements are met.

To help us manage inventory fairly, Sebimon Boutique limits customers to 5 approved return requests per calendar month.

This policy helps us manage inventory and maintain a fair return process for our customers.

Nothing in this section limits any return or other rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

Purchases made through Sebimon Boutique TikTok Live auctions are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By participating in a TikTok Live auction, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your bid and agree to follow the applicable TikTok bidding rules and policies.
